Write a description of one of the Finnish composers whose music is played in the concert.
Since I visited a ballet exhibition, they were
playing only classical music there, and the most played Finnish composer was Sibelius. But we already spoke about him with Linda so I chose another one.
But I was especially impressed by Tuomas
Kantelinen. He is a Finnish composer, who studied composition at the Sibelius Academy. He is best known for his scores for films, but he has also composed an opera, chamber music and orchestral works as well as
music for television shows and commercials.
Here is a link to some of his pieces. Enjoy!

Write a review of the concert. Eg. What did you like? Why? Who were playing? What kind of music? By what composers?
On Monday December 11, at 6 o´clock p.m.,
I visited K-P:n Konservatorion Baletti – Joulunäytös. This Christmas ballet exhibition took
place in Snellman Hall (Vingenkatu 18). The Snellman Hall is the main concert hall in Kokkola and home
of the Ostrobothnian Chamber Orchestra. The hall has approximately 600 seats.
It was actually my friend´s child´s
performance. Every ballet school from Kokkola comes annually there to perform
what children (ballet students) have learnt throughout the year. It was
actually almost breath-taking. I have never been to something like that before.
The whole hall was overcrowded, ballet dancers were dancing very well and even
the music was really awesome.
