kokkolan nahka oy is small family run leather manufacture company in kokkola which was established in 1957. The founder of this company  is Jorma Örnberg and now this Company is under the cover of Jorma Örnberg´s son TorErik and grandsons Juha and Pasi. The most popular product is Nordic elk leather.This company is combining the skills and methods of preparing leather that have been pass down from one generation to to next with the latest technologies and experience.  

- Why did you choose that company? 

The reason behind  to choose this company is totally active and leading leather manufacturing company in Kokkola. We both have work for a five days in this company as a part time worker and gain some idea how they manufacture leather. This company is exporting its more than 90% of their production in overseas, to over 20 countries and this company is being a leading leather manufacturing company in kokkola

- What are the main products/services the company offers to the market?

As we have mention that this company is leather manufacture company in kokkola and mainly this company is offering leather garments , Gloves for the western Finland, leather materials of shoes, leather seat cover for the cars etc.


- What are the main markets for the company?
The main market for this company kokkola area, Helsinki,Tampere, Turku, Sweden, Norway, Island and other European countries

As earlier we have worked  with this company for five days and this is quite new experience of our life and looking forward to get involve as permanent worker in this company
